As of May 30, our Convention Hotel has only a few rooms left. Please consider immediately contacting the hotel if you intend on attending the Convention. Once full, the hotel reservation desk will be assigning rooms at their sister hotel, located 1.5 miles from the Convention site.
All convention attendees must make their hotel reservation directly with the Crowne Plaza reservation desk at (401) 732-6000 using the reference code ARO to gain access to our block of rooms. If you fail to provide the code, you will find no rooms available. The negotiated rate of $119 will be honored by the hotel from June 19 until July 3 (prior to and after the official convention), should you wish to explore this spectacular area of the U.S.
Our Convention Hotel offers its valued guests 266 oversized guest rooms, including our four Parlor Suites. Each of our guest rooms feature marble baths, double-sink vanities, complimentary high-speed internet, a quiet floor, dual telephone lines with voicemail, dataport capabilities, individual climate control, luxury personal care amenities, hair dryers, and irons and ironing boards to assure you have all the comforts of home.
