The Convention’s Rallies are being run and laid out by long-time Alfa of New England’s Rallye Master, Tom Letourneau, who is known for his Rallies being all but goof-proof and impossible to get lost on. The Rallye will have easy to read and follow route instructions and will not have any kind of tricky, gimmicky types of instructions as are common in an SCCA Rally. The Rallye will definitely be an event wherein an absolute beginner, that has the ability to read and follow instructions (very little thinking will be required) to compete with any and all of the club’s ‘Olde Rallye Pros’.

The TSD Rallye for the 2015 Alfa Nordest Convention, will begin on Thursday from the parking lot of Purgatory Chasm in Sutton, MA. Directions will be provided to all participants on the shortest and easiest way to reach the Purgatory Chasm State Park, and the group will travel together, leaving from the Convention Hotel lobby at 8am. Please consider attending the Rally School on Wednesday evening, during which directions and parking passes for Purgatory Chasm SP will be distributed.

The Rallye will end at Thompson Motorsports Park - in East Thompson, CT, it will be in time to catch a lot of the Autocross scheduled for that entire day!

The Rallye route will be approximately 42-miles in length and will take participants through some beautiful parts of Central Massachusetts - Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor - and then into Connecticut’s “Last Green Valley”.
